Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x9 baking pan and set aside. In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, soup, chili oil and spices until well mixed; fold in your chicken. Place chicken mixture into prepared baking dish. In a small bowl combine your crackers and butter, spread over chicken mixture and lightly sprinkle parsley over top. Bake 30-40 minutes. Serve with prepared cut veggies, chips or pretzels. French Onion Chicken Noodle Bake
Ingredients: 3 cups chicken, cooked. 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup 8 oz sour cream 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 6 oz egg noodles, cooked (half a 12oz bag) 1 Tablespoon Butter 6 oz crushed French-Fried onions Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F

What's nice about this dish is that you can make it in your slowcooker or on the stove top. If you choose the stove top then you'll get a more "crunchy" exterior coating on your chicken. I've seen people say they can get a crunchy coating doing the same in a slowcooker - I don't agree. A slowcooker or crockpot traps steam and you can't sustain a crunch with constant steam. In any case, when made in a slowcooker - skip the one extra step you'd do when making on the stove top because (as far as I am concerned) its a wasted step because of the aformentioned - steam.
